Along with its neighbor 1800 Lake, the Seventeen10 building will help to improve the façade of Lake Street. Seventeen10 is scheduled to open in fall 2016 and will contain 9,600 SF of retail and office space on the first and second floors with seven large apartment homes on the third and fourth. The building will share its underground parking with 1800 Lake.
