North Bay developed a six-story mixed-use construction on the former Cheapo Discs site in Uptown. The development houses 125 apartments, 5,000 SF of second-floor office space, and 20,000 SF of ground-floor retail space anchored by Uptown’s first Target store. The third floor features a pool and a rooftop sky lounge. Revel broke ground in January 2016 and opened in the summer of 2017.
